CoachingU was born from Lauren’s dream to support and help as many job seekers as possible in their search. She noticed many candidates struggling and often disqualifying themselves during the hiring process, which was frustrating for all involved.
In 2020, after earning a professional career coaching certification, Lauren transitioned from Talent Acquisition and Candidate Advisor to Career Coach. This journey helped Lauren discover her purpose and fueled her passion for helping job seekers, leading to the establishment of CoachingU in 2023.
